Refund policy
Domestic Returns:
- We're happy to accept returns for store credit only.
- Please initiate your return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 3 business days.
- A restocking fee of 10%-20% will be applied to your store credit, depending on the item's condition and your return history.
- Wigs must be returned in their original condition with the lace intact, hang tags attached, and no signs of wear.
- Returns that include used wig caps, missing tags, strong odors, or visible wear may be denied.
- Sale and special offer items are final sale.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including original and return shipping.
- Please note that international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Items will be shipped without a box to reduce shipping costs and environmental impact.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may be incurred.
